Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may be extended during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs inspections.

SHIPPING METHOD & ORIGIN

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier.
Because of this, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your province or country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are free inside Canada with Canada post & UPS because we pay for it

RESPONSIBILITY DURING SHIPPING

Once tracking information confirms that your parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Please double-check your address information before completing your order.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order. Be aware that we can charge a fee for cancelling your order, because sometimes the order is already process and in transit with Canada post or UPS.
