RETURN POLICY
At Maision Nova, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may be able to return your item. This return policy explains our conditions and process clearly.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

You may only request a return after you have physically received your order.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage or customs fees.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying items on is allowed, but wearing them beyond that is not permitted.

Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Items that arrive worn, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted for refund.
RETURN PROCESS

Notify us of your return request by emailing support@maisionnova.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with the correct return address for our supplier (located overseas).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs charges or international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Maision Nova is not responsible for returns sent without tracking.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LIABILITY

We are not responsible for lost parcels when the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
